STRAIGHT8

Short films shot in sequence on Super8 film with no editing or post production.

I have entered straight8 three times, each with an animation shot frame by frame using mixed media.
The film above is "Mère de la Mer" from 2021 and although not selected for the contest, is the best one I reckon. Underneath it is a short Making-Of video.
The film immediately below is from 2020 and was chosen for the Cannes selection. That means it was one of eight winners out of around 200 films submitted worldwide.
Below that is "+/-" from 2016. This one was chosen for and shown in the London selection; the top 25 of the submissions that year.
